TRS returns with a, quite frankly, terrifying piece of work. You've not known fear until you spin this in the small hours and suffocate yourself with thoughts of what lurks in the shadows.
Nothing Treads, Eidolon by The Revenant Sea
"This isn’t going to make you feel any better. Now you’re gone, the world outside has taken over.
It’s a slow, creeping moment of history where one species falls and another takes its place.
Briefly, the two combine - vines, leaves, brambles - twist around rock.
Worn, brutalist grey sculptures are strangled by hues of dark green.
An old order collapses and crumbles as the Earth climbs up around it.
Nobody is around to remember.
But stone has a memory. Sound resonates within."
The download contains a story written by Paul McIntyre that was inspired by the music and also alternative track artwork.
